Can you be a brand?

 

Many business owners prefer to hide behind their brand or success. But; If they had not established their company, had not made an effort to keep it alive, or had given up, they might not have a brand they have now.

 

What I am trying to say is that although we try to create corporate companies on their own feet, the brand definitely bears traces of its founder and manager. They say it's because of his water or his temper or something like that.

 

There are international brands that have achieved great success in our country. When we look at it, we actually know the names of all the owners and remember them as faces. This can't be a coincidence, can it? This is where personal branding comes into play.

 

When we say Sabancı, we immediately think of Sakıp Sabancı, when we say Koç Holding, Rahmi Koç comes to mind, or to give a very close example for myself, the Sarar brand, the company where my professional life started and which added a lot of value to me. When I said that I was working at Sarar Group of Companies, everyone would tell me about Cemalettin Sarar. In fact, we embrace companies more with the success stories of their founders and the emotions they leave us.

 

I said something very important a moment ago, when we want to buy a “feeling” product or service, we actually buy the feeling that it will give us. E.g; When we buy a stylish watch, we think about how high quality and powerful that watch will show us. Or when we buy a luxury car… he can give many more examples. When you think in this way, we all want to experience the pleasure of the emotion that the products and services give us as well as the fulfillment of our needs.

 

If I decide to buy the products and services with my feelings and if these brands are abusive to their owners, I think you have understood the importance of personal branding for the consumer. I mean, don't ever say that I should stay in the background and let my successes speak. If you act like this and do not show your own worth, you should be willing to reach your goals in the long run. Firm owners and brands can only achieve permanent and short-term results when they give strength to each other.

 

After saying that you are as important as the brand you own, let me give you a little hint.

 

Your self-confidence is very important and you need to feel good about it. In fact, you know best how you feel. Is it weaker? More well-groomed? This is more about how you are and how you want to look. I'm talking about a very precious chapter because a person who loves himself can even cross mountains.

 

Another most important feeling is; give people confidence. You can achieve this in the best way by standing behind your words. Be kind, approach the other with empathy, and don't make promises you can't keep.

 

Allow yourself to be in whatever is current today and contribute to your life. It could be technology, it could be digital media or social media accounts. Just as an artist puts his feelings and thoughts into songs, paintings and sculptures, we express our knowledge and perspectives through our social media accounts. The quality there is very important. The photos used and the content shared tell you. It is your mirror, you cannot act randomly, if you think that you are not good at this, you should definitely get support from a professional communicator.

 

Now I say the most important thing, the more you read and learn, the more valuable and better you will feel. It also makes us very happy. If you are a person who takes good care of himself and invests in his feelings and thoughts; either you have been successful or you are very close.

 

Successful people are both very charismatic and brand themselves and their companies in the best way. Our country and our world desperately need successful people, lots of them from you.
